You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you must notify us via email at dave@emftrading.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent back without prior email authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. For items returned in original, unopened, and resalable condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
Damaged, Opened, or Used Items
- Opened/Used: Items that are returned opened, used, or with damaged/missing original packaging are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Post-Purchase Damage: Items that are returned in a state of significant damage, completely broken, or missing internal components due to customer handling are not eligible for a return or refund. We reserve the right to deny any refund for items that cannot be resold due to user-inflicted damage.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of heart or "buyer’s remorse," the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
- Defective or Damaged on Arrival: If an item arrives damaged or is defective, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival if a like item is available.
