You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition received
  • Must be unused and in original packaging
  • Must be resalable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will:

  • Provide a replacement or
  • Issue a full refund
  • Cover return shipping costs if required

Used or Opened Items

  • Items that are opened or used may be subject to a partial refund depending on condition
  • Items that are heavily damaged or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer remorse (change of mind): Customer covers return shipping
  • Defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified via email
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival, subject to availability.
